  • What is included in the retail price?

    The retail price covers only the item itself. Shipping costs, customs duties, and applicable taxes are additional.

    For all international shipments, any tax or duty shall be borne by the buyer.

    Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. The final cost does not include import duties and sales taxes, all these additional fees must be paid by the customers.

    You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes, and is not limited to, duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company.

    We are not responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped.

    *If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the package might be dropped by customs or returned to us, and we will not refund any amount of money.

    The warranty period starts on the production date and lasts 180 days.

  • Who is covered by the warranty?

    The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser from JSBIT. If the miner is resold, the warranty transfers to the new owner or reseller.

  • What situations are not covered by the warranty?

    The warranty does not cover damage due to improper use, failure to follow instructions, unauthorized modifications, or misuse.

  • Futures (pre-order) general issues

    There will be no refunds issued on all pre-sale orders. Please make sure that you are serious about your order and that you know what you are ordering before making your purchase.

    Futures products shall be borne by the brand manufacturer, final goods depends on Brand Official situation. Normal Hashrate and power consumption change follow as The manufacturer. If has a refund from manufacturer, we will refund to customer at same time. No refund if the machine’s final hashrate power same as your order info.
