Warranty Exclusions: The company and the manufacturer bear no responsibility for hardware damage resulting from a failure to follow provided instructions, operating outside product specifications, environmental neglect (e.g., high humidity, dust), or unauthorized hardware alterations/overclocking.
Used & Second-Hand Miners: Used mining machines are sold strictly “as-is” with no warranty or post-sale technical coverage. To ensure transparency and buyer protection, we will provide comprehensive testing videos showing the machine’s live hashrate and operational status prior to shipment. Shipment will only proceed after you review and confirm acceptance via full communication.
Return & Repair Logistics: All logistics, transportation, and incidental costs associated with returning defective products for factory repair are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Repair Turnaround: The required turnaround time for repairs is subject to the nature of the technical issue and the manufacturer’s local service center schedule.
