Application and Product Data: This encompasses information related to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, IP addresses, MAC addresses, memory specifications, SD card details, mobile device models and operating system versions, along with usernames, passwords, language preferences, screen time, additional preference settings, usage data, and aggregated statistical information.

Server Logs: This consists of logs documenting events on our servers, including search queries, IP addresses, hardware configurations, browser types, browser languages, request dates and times, referral URLs, and specific cookies that identify your browser or account.

Advertising and Content Interactions: This includes records of your engagement with our online advertisements and content, along with documentation of the ads and content displayed on pages you visit and any interactions with such content or advertising (e.g., mouse hover actions, clicks, and any forms completed fully or partially).

D.Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data

We process Personal Data for the following purposes, in accordance with applicable laws, along with the legal grounds for such processing:

E.International Transfers of Personal Data

Given the global nature of our operations, we transfer Personal Data within the JSBIT group and to third parties as outlined in Section (E) above, in relation to the purposes described in this Policy. As a result, we may send Personal Data to other countries that have varying laws and standards for data protection compared to those applicable in your location, including the EEA, the UK, the US, and China.

If there is an applicable exemption or derogation (for example, when a transfer is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of a legal claim), we may utilize that exemption or derogation as necessary. In cases where no exemption or derogation applies, and we are transferring your Personal Data from the UK or the EEA to recipients outside these regions who are not within Adequate Jurisdictions, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and an International Data Transfer Agreement. T.Definitions
