Where does Jsbit ship to?
United States, Canada, China, Hong Kong-CN, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia We regularly update the mining machine models in our regional warehouses, and for B2B orders, we may arrange direct shipments from the factory when needed. This ensures we can ship from the closest location, providing you with faster and more efficient delivery
Can I update the delivery address after my order has shipped?
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before making payment. If you notice any mistakes, simply refresh the page and re-enter the correct shipping information. Once the product has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

If the wrong address is provided and it results in the package being lost or unrecoverable, the customer will be responsible for the loss. Jsbit will not replace the order or issue a refund.

Virtual Currency Restrictions: If your country or region prohibits products related to virtual currencies, please inform us in advance. We can modify the product name to help ensure smooth customs clearance.
Declared Price:If you have any special requests regarding the declared price, please notify us in a timely manner.
Customs Clearance: When the logistics tracking shows "customs clearance" status, please promptly contact your chosen shipping company. Ensure you provide the correct recipient information and pay any applicable customs duties to facilitate a quick clearance process. Jsbit Mining is not responsible for customs clearance handled by the shipping company.

Shipment Tracking and Reception:
★ A shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. The shipping carrier may require one business day to activate tracking information.
★ Full payment is required for in-stock miners. For pre-orders, you can reserve your order with a 50% deposit, and the remaining balance, including shipping fees, is due before shipment.
★ We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees. These are the responsibility of the customer.
