Shipping Policy：
★ Standard Shipping: Processing time of 1-3 days plus delivery within 5-12 business days.
★ US Customers: Delivery within 4-7 business days.
★ European and Canadian Customers: Delivery within 4-7 business days.
★ Middle Eastern Countries: Delivery within 10-15 business days via our logistics line.
★ Other Countries: Delivery within 10-15 business days.
★ Expedited Shipping: Available at an extra cost through DHL, UPS, or FedEx.
Shipment Tracking and Reception:
★ A shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. The shipping carrier may require one business day to activate tracking information.
★ Inspect all packages upon arrival for all accompanying items (e.g., power supplies, manuals, cables). Save all packaging materials for potential returns. Any shipping damage must be reported directly to the carrier, who may inspect the items for claims.
★ We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other fees. These are the responsibility of the customer.
★ Mining machines must be collected from the Jsbit warehouse within one month to avoid storage fees. Unpaid storage fees may result in withheld shipments.
Warranty Policy:

➤ One-Year Warranty: Includes brand-new mining machines and power cords.
➤ Manufacturer Collaboration: We work directly with manufacturers like Bitmain, MicroBT, and Elphapex for after-sales issues. Contact us or the manufacturer’s official service for support.
➤ Market Fluctuations: Prices of mining machines may change due to market conditions without prior notice or compensation.
Warranty Void Conditions:
➤ Unauthorized component modifications or replacements.
➤ Damage from water immersion, corrosion, or exposure to a wet environment.
➤ Damage from low-quality power supplies.
➤ Burnt components on hash boards or chips.
Futures Miner Warranty:
➤ Warranty and issues related to futures products are managed by the brand manufacturer according to their official policies. Any refunds from the manufacturer will be passed to customers simultaneously.
