Standard shipping = process time within (1-3 days) + shipping time within (5-12 business days)
DHL / UPS / FedEx Upgraded shipping services are available at an extra cost.
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email which will include tracking information for your products. To validate the tracking information, the shipping carrier typically requires one business day from the time you receive this notification.
Depending upon your shipping address and product availability, your order may arrive in multiple shipments or be sent direct from our shipping facilities in Mainland, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur. Any shipping or delivery dates provided will be estimates only, we are not responsible for any delay from the courier/logistics companies.
When you receive your shipment, please inspect all packages for items such as power supplies, manuals, and cables, or any applicable accessories for the product(s) ordered. Please be sure to save the box, the outer shipping carton (when applicable) and all packing material, in the unlikely event that you’ll need it for a return shipment. Any damage during shipment must be handled by the customer with the carrier directly. Carrier may request to inspect the item upon receipt of a claim.
We are not liable for any duties or taxes or fees that may be incurred by the customer. It is customer's responsibility to know the local duties and tax laws and handle any customs issues that may arise. Jsbit shall not be liable for any cost of damage or expense as a result of error from calculating taxes and duties pertaining to your order.
Mining machines must be picked up in one month, moved, or otherwise transported from the Jsbit‘s warehouse.
If the purchaser fails to transport the mining machines within one month, Jsbit may charge a storage fee. you must pay any storage fees prior to shipment of the mining machine, and Jsbit may refuse to release your mining machine if you fail to pay outstanding storage fees.
Once ordered, You've agreed with the after-sales policy accept default:
1. After an order has been submitted, a request to cancel the order, refund the order, or any change will not be allowed.
- 2. We collaborate with the Miner manufacturer (Bitmian & MicroBT), For after-sales problems, you can contact the Mining Machines Official after-sales service or contact us as well.
3. One year warranty for brand-new Miner Machine & Power Cord is provided.
4. The price of mining machines has to be adjusted accordingly to meet market fluctuations without advance notice or compensation.
The following events will void the warranty:
1. Customer removes/replaces any components by himself without receiving permission from us.
2. Miner/boards/components damaged by water immersion/corrosion or wet environment.
3. Corrosion caused by exposed circuit boards or components to water and moisture.
4. Damage caused by low-quality power supply.
5. Burnt parts on hash boards or chips.
Generally, we provide branded miner resources in order to meet your needs. Mining Equipment from manufacturer and unbroken package.
Futures Miner Warranty Policy:
Futures products shall be borne by the brand manufacturer, final goods depends on Brand Official situation. Normal Hashrate and power consumption change follow as The Official. If has a refund from official, we will refund to customer as same time.
All issues concerning futures shall be borne by the manufacturer, Ultimately subject to the manufacturer's policy.
Used Miner Warranty Policy
1. Before your purchase, please notice that for all used miners we will provide testing Videos with recording time. (Used Miner Spec: Normal Hashrate Th/s±10% PWR Consumption W±10%)
2. Due to frequent mining market price fluctuations, we do not accept returns and refunds after your payment.
3. Used Branded miners can be repaired, a charge for parts and labor will be placed.
